We will attempt to schedule tours within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Tours must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance regardless of cause. Otherwise a cancelation fee will be charged.
Weather plays a large factor in what we do. It is up to the realtor/customer to make the call on inclement weather. If necessary we can come back and reshoot exterior photos for an additional fee.

Properties are to be photograph ready upon our arrival. Please see our Photography Checklist for additional guidance.
On properties with 4 or more bedrooms or over2,500 sqft we will do a larger photo package up to 50 images. If you wish to only do 30 images you will need to provide a specific shot list to our photographer before the appointment.
There is a $25.00 key pick up fee to come to you office and get key. Most agents leave a lockbox at the property and give us the code or meet us there at the shoot.
If a property is vacant all pets must be secured if not this could result in a reshoot fee. Unique Media & Design Inc is not responsible for pets.
We allow an average of 30 to 45 minutes per property. If a property takes an excess of 1 hour additional fees will occur.
If an agent/customer is more than 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule the tour and a reschedule fee will be charge.

There is a $100.00 charge for appointments scheduled on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This is for all beach/island properties in our service areas. We have to work around the home inspectors, cleaners, tenants, realtors showing property, as well as increased traffic. In some cases it takes our photographers 4x the standard time for these appointments and this is to compensate them for their time.

Tours will be published within 24 hours or by the end of the following business day.

All accounts will be set up with a credit card on file or billed to company if approved prior to shoot. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of tour and or invoice. If payment is not received within the 30 days a 10% late fee will be applied to the account every 30 days until invoice is paid in full.
