One of the biggest challenges with shooting real estate is mirrors! I know we have all scene those shots when realtors are trying to shoot bathrooms or other rooms with mirrors and just can't seem to get out of the picture. At UMD we take the time to edit the camera and our photographers out of the picture so the viewer can focus on the room and not the distracting person. As you can see in our image above it really makes a difference.
Above is a good example of a realtor shooting a bathroom and couldn't seem to get out of the shot.

The Dudley mansion was built in 1825 by North Carolina’s first elected governor, Edward B. Dudley. The Mansion was also home to Pembroke and Sarah Jones. Known for the lavish parties they would throw, famous attendees soon coined the phrase, “keeping up with the Joneses,” reflecting the grandeur of the Mansion. Some well known guests of the Mansion include Daniel Webster, General Sherman, Woodrow Wilson and President William H. Taft. Under current ownership, the Mansion and gardens underwent a total restoration that brought this amazing historical home back to its grand life. The “Dudley” was chosen to host the 2008 North Carolina Azalea Festival Garden Tour ribbon cutting ceremony, a true honor.

This past week we shot a great Restaurant in Surf City, NC. The Bistro at Just Baked is a lovely restaurant that serves a wide variety of Seafoods, Steaks, and other dishes! This virtual tour is another "Don't judge a book by it's cover" The inside of this place is really unique. Looking from the outside you would never know what was inside!
